When is the show open?

PlantBased Live is taking place on 8th & 9th September 2018. Opening times are as follows:

Saturday 10-6 | Sunday 10-5

Who is eligible for a concessionary ticket?

Full time students, OAPs, disabled people and those claiming benefits are eligible for a concessionary ticket. Carers are admitted for free when accompanying the person they care for. Proof of concession will be required at the door. 

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, tickets are available on the door. 

Do I have to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

You can show your ticket on your phone/device, but you must be able to show the actual ticket with barcode (not just an email showing the order). 

Are pets allowed at the show?

Only assistance animals are allowed at the show. 

Do children require a ticket?

Under-16s can enter the show for free when accompanied by an adult. 

Is there accommodation available near the venue?

How do I register for a press pass?

Can I re-enter the show if I want to leave the venue?

If you want to leave the venue after you buy your ticket, please ensure that you have a valid wristband or hand stamp, so you can re-enter without purchasing another ticket. 

Are there cash machines at the venue?

There are a number of cash machines at the venue. 

Can I park at the venue?

There are over 3000 parking spaces at the venue that are offered on a first come, first served basis. For full details about travelling to the venue, please see our Directions page.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

ExCel London is fully accessible to disabled visitors. All public entrances allow for access by wheel chair via low gradient ramps and automatic doors. Wheelchair hire is available to those in need, free of charge. 

Is there disabled parking available?

There are a number of disabled parking bays that are spread across the car park.
